Has any one built and run one of these kits and how sucessfull was it?

Hi Reddwarf.

Yes I built one a few years ago and it's a great drive, does 360 degree turns and is fun. The only thing I might mention is that because it has no rudder, turning ability is not good just gentle curves but otherwise it's a real fun boat. I ran it on a Speed 600 and 8 cells.
