The engines would have kept going longer if they'd used NiMH batteries. You could see from the engine room scenes that they were using LiPos with the wrong charger!

Most of the programme was shown on the trailers, including the best bits ( ::) )
It was basically a huge mickey-take of Titanic, Star Wars, Goldfinger, Independance Day and Ghost (plus probably a few others).
Didn't see as much of Kylie as I would have liked, although the French Maids outfit looked very "tasteful"   :o

No pictures Martin - at your age, you're safer without them - don't want you getting TOO excited!

Happy Boxing Day

Held together a lot better than the original on the freefall to Earth when the atomic generators had cut out and after being hit by about 5 asteroids..like you do.

But there's a vacuum in space, so they need to be big to bite for steerage? and you need SOMEWHERE to store the Dilithium crystals bobby.

they were there, technical advisors for the transporting bracelet scene, clearly ripped off star trek. they were doing hitchcock type cameos, but due to borrowed klingon cloaking devices, you could not see them.

Would the bracelet transportation scene not have been taken from Blake's Seven ??  I dont recall Star trek ever using bracelets..!

I enjoyed the episode but felt a two parter would have done it more justice..
