I need to control a pump to work in both directions but dont want to put a speed controller in circuit, as anybody used a two way switcher controlled /powered off the receiver/main battery or where to get one?

Many thanks

Hi Russ, Contact Dave at Action  Electronics they make a two function  switcher that will turn on the pump and allow it to be run in both directions. I have used this  unit in my carrier to operate the rear aircraft lift. I think the max current this unit will take is 3 amps  please contact above for info hope this helps.

Hi Russ,  U S S Gambier Bay  at 1/96 scale. Model details lenght 64 in  about 14 in across flight deck  and from keel to highest point on radar about 18in. Gambier Bay was  a Casablanca  class WW2  Escort carrier  CV 73 see was the only U S carrier to be lost to enemy gun fire.If your interested please e mail details via mayhem and will send some picks.

Russ,

I have been testing (to destruction) the two way switcher from Action in my tug, i use it for the bow thruster. Has full adjustability and works on various power supplies.

Works a treat and saves all those messy microswitches and additional ESC's.

I will also run one for the fire pumps when i get to that stage

Highly recommended.
