Hi All

I heard that there was a petition on the PM's website for Gordon Brown to step aside and make Jeramey Clarkson PM?? I also here that this petition is the most responded petition ever on that site. Is he liked in the UK or suffered, I only know him from Top Gear. However my favorate member of the Top Gear team is James May, he sort of reminds me of someone who has lost his way in life and just goes from one disaster to another, sort of out of his depth in most things.

Clarkson,

Some love him, all the others hate him.

I'd vote for him for PM

Have you  'Seen'  his engineering prowess  ?

Every time he has a spanner in his hand, I flinch.

..... and given his financial 'prudence' track record, would you put him in charge of the economy?

Dear All,

Wouldn't it be a nice change! - politics are so boringly depressing these days. The days of Political Parties and Party Politics are numbered I think... far too much time is wasted on Party squabbling (internal and/or between Party), than on full and proper concentration on the Country itself, and, more importantly, with far too much attention and thought paid to the policies/votes equation ("we can't implement that however good it is, it will cost us votes" syndrome). With our Mr Clarkson, we would certainly pay less tax and definitely have cheaper petrol/diesel, the Country would be better run (absolutely anything is better than what is going on at the moment after all!), and I think we would all have a good laugh at the same time!!!

I think you are all missing the point here.

Like him or loathe him, have you got as much money as he has?

Any media coverage, good or bad will swell his bank balance even more.

So it seems he isn't such an idiot after all.

I would act like an idiot all the time, if it put me in the same place as him.

If I could only get as much media coverage for 500 quid I would be well pleased.

Money well spent I say.
