Are there any clubs round the southampton area that cater for fast IC boats (or any other type of boats)? I would like to pop along and have a look at the boats and have a bit of a chat.

SOLENT RADIO CONTROL MODEL BOAT CLUB.
 Everything bar I/C.

Meet at Setley Pond off the Ashurst/Lymington Road in the New Forest.
The Yachting Section meets at the lake on Tuesday and Friday Mornings at 10 am and the Scale Section on Thursday and Sunday mornings at 10 am,

The lake is co-located with a Picnic Area and model boaters can park directly adjacent to the lake. Unfortunately fast racing boats or IC boats are not allowed by the Forestry Commission Regulations.

Anyone interested in starting the hobby or joining the club is welcome to come along to the lake on a club morning.
