Just a reminder

I know some of you have already done this

If you want your Springer to take part in the football or you want any of your boats to take part in the Grand Sail, could you PM me the frequency you will be using. This is to prevent any problems on the days with clashes of frequency use.

Thanks

See you all there :) :) :) :) :)

Hi
I am an OMRA boater, Is there going to be anything at this show to keep me happy?  How much dose it cost a none boater to get in?
I take it there is going to be trade stands. I may be looking for a fast electric kit.

Dean's Marine will be there with a show case of their models but not trading, Wicksteed rules.
Hopefull Model Power, Model Slipway, a Model World, Action Electronics will also pop along for a beer / tea and a chat!

To to remind traders the event is Free of Charge for a pitch, so if you find yourself at a loose end May 24, 25, come on down!!
(There is still space left for you to pitch a tent and take or fulfill orders - just PM if you're thinking of coming.)
Everyone else, see if you can twist a manufacturer, traders, shop or retailers arm to come along!

Bill, the lake isn't quite up to OMRA race size but please come and bring one or two of your boats and show us us
how the 'big boys' do model boating!  O0

Yes, weekend open to ALL model boaters and non boaters alike, Mayhemers and non Mayhemers.
It's the biggest gathering of model boats in the country.

Sail, watch, greet, borrow, demonstrate, tow, chat, eat, nap, race, steer, dive, admire, swap, laugh!...
It will all be there at Mayhem at Wicksteed!

Special Model Boat Mayhem trophies, medals, awards will be presented for the best...
..... well, on 'ad hoc' basis in true mayhem fashion! O0

Any idea how late you can turn up on the Friday evening with the caravan? I would not expect to be able to get there much before 9pm, if this is to late then it may just be for a day visit instead.

Martin

They might not allow the noisy smelly ones on the lake Martin, but if OMRA guys could do this -
http://youtube.com/watch?v=GW3avTK9dWo
we'd be able to have a full championship race  {-) {-) {-)

I can't believe that they're actually racing each other as well (as if getting round wasn't difficult enough)  :o :o O0
