sealing bellows?

Hi how do i seal rubber bellows i see that i can use a small tie wrap on the tube end what about the control rod end maybe a squeeze of silicone in the end? Also where do i get a piece of the 11mm tube thats used for the bellows?

The bellows themselves are suaully sufficient to effect a good seal. A bit of silicone grease will help them slide onto the tube, but will help them slide off too.

For the 1mm tube, try B&Q or similar or your local model shop. They'll have a tubing that'll be close- doen't have to be exact, so long as it's not too small.
