Just go to ebay and search for acrylic sheet and take it from there. Find one that has an ebay shop and you should find they stock everything you need.

I use 4D Modelshop for my plastic.  Plenty of choice and fast delivery.

I don't (really) mean to sound trite or condescending here, but why don't you take a trip to a local outfit that does industrial acrylics, plastics etc. Even Double-Glazing factories etc. Ask permission first and explain that you only want minute quantities....and show photos. Then rummage around in their waste skips. You will be amazed how much is useful! One of my local ones even gave me some proper adhesive in return for a photo of a model.....then they went bust. Can't win them all.

I just got a good supply of thin plastic by recycling an old fridge ;D
Just don`t cut through pipes. Most of interior is about 1 - 1.5mm.
Got to be green nowadays.
Maybe I`ll make an ICE- breaker ;D :D {-)
Sorry, could not resist

i got hold of an old bath panel only pennies, from a booty or if you know a builder or plumber away you go.easy to mark off and the dremmel fair speeds through it. So does a craft knife but i learnt to use a clamped on straight edge and cut it with little pressure.  :)
