We are a friendly club that enjoy a membership of around 40 enthusiasts who build and sail a wide variety of craft from sail to very fast I/C. We organise regulat visits to places of maritime interest and exhibit our boats at various venues throughout the year. We meet at Southfields Community Centre, Farmhill Road, Northampton every other Tuesday evening for club meetings and sail at Billing Aquadrome on the non- meeting Tuesdays during the summer months. We also sail at Wicksteed Park, Kettering at weekends. Feel free to come and join us.

Hi all,
We have been looking for a new water to sail on, and Northampton council have now let us use the model boat lake in Abingdon park.
We used this lake a few years ago and we had trouble with the locals.
The council have assured us that we will have regular park warden and mobile police visits to check that we are able to sail in peace.
So we now sail on Sundays again in the park.

Hi all,

we have been contacted by a local Establishment and we now sail at Hinwick Hall, Hinwick, Northants.

This venue is a disabled education center and the mental age is around 10 yrs old. The model boats are looked upon as entertainment and the water is good to sail on.
