Hi DGP
What scale
I would not use geared motors as they can be loud i would also stay away from MFA motors no reason just don't like um.
I would go with a 12 volt set up maybe something from Model Motors Direct
cheers

Thanks guys,
I'm based up here in Greenock, Scotland, has anyone a link to motors direct, or any other retailer that sells electric motors.
has anyone used the motors that Fleetscale offer, Torpedo, and if so which ones would be best ,400,500 or 800.
I have to admit that I know absolutely nothing about motors, volts etc. ???

I have found Alistair ( Model Motors Direct ) superb for yug motors, but most of his motors tend to lack the revs required form a 2 motor large warship.
Possibly 777's on 12 volt?
