Thanks for the quick replies both very interesting, someone in marketing is actually telling the truth for a change.
Gee I did not know they grew that big. Over here they are produced by a company based in the New Forest in briny water. They are harvested at about 12" in the afternoon and delivered overnight for sale the next day to ensure freshness.
I first came across they in Sept last year and as I love all fish bought one filleted it and flash pan fried it in olive oil, (lovely chubbly) if I say so myself, It is now a regular on my table.
I wonder if you guys have a recipe for the barbie (I love barbies to) and would like to cook some friends an original recipe should summer ever come.
