Just look for a copy of a Model Boats magazine with one of Glynn Guest's plans featured, preferably a cargo type.  You will find all the construction details you need - it will just be a case of re-shaping and re-sizing, but the construction methods will be common to all.

If that's a picture of the type of hull you are after, then you could literally build a box, starting with a frame work and then sheeting the sides. The bow could be made from block balsa or some such and the whole thing covered in fibre glass tissue and resin. I suspect the prop is either in a tunnel or the hull is stepped at the stern below the water line.

Glued, rather than screwed.  This tends to be more water resistant, which is a good thing on a boat.  Paint can also be useful for keeping the water on the outside, although dougal99 did say "starting with a framework and then sheeting the sides".  The articles that accompany the free plans usually give a plentiful supply of hints and tips to get any beginner who cares to read them into building simplified hulls.
Despite you being unable to find precise instructions for the exact hull that you want, the fact remains that the simple box-type hulls all follow the same general method, you know one, you know them all.  Its just the sizes of the panels that changes.  Adding your chosen details to make it into the ship you want is another story.

You could try carving some builder`s insulation foam to shape or build the box out of 1" foam sheet with blocks at bow and stern shaped to suit. Cover with pasted-on brown paper then painted.  Waterproof paste of course.

Box without a lid then add back bit(stern) and pointy bit (front or bow).  The "lid" would be the "deck" as it is called.  You forgot to paste the brown paper on the foam to protect it (the foam) from the paint which would dissolve the foam..

not sure if it will help,

cut yourself a few bulkheads from plywood as in top left corner positino them upside down on a flat surface and secure them verticaly, when there all in place apply flat sheets thin plywood to the bulkheads and wait for them to dry. after all that is done place a large block of blue builders foam to the front and sand it to shape. then your ready to start your deck.

Hope this helps  :-)
