Comrad Footskivitch, I'm not even sure what happened to it. I *think* it's still in the attic at my old address. I'm going there tomorrow to collect a few bits and bobs. If it IS there, and since you shown so much interest, she's yourn to do as you please. Quite light, so shouldn't cost much to ship to Spain.

(Talking of Spain... I hope none of your relatives/friends were on that doomed plane the other day).

No relatives but I have a neighbour who is rather worried about an old family friend who works in Madrid and lives in Gran Canaria....As you can imagine, the phone lines are red hot so he can't seem to get any information....Fingers crossed for him as the cahp is a real gent...


Anyway if you do turn up the Norden, just let me know what it will cost and I will come to an arrangement with you...

Hold on a minute. Where did I mention anything about cost? I was the the one that offered it to you, don't forget - gratis. So please don't feel that I'm trying to fob off my stuff on you, or feel that you automatically have to dip your hand in your pocket.
The thing is, since posting my last one, I've just had a mate on the blower inviting me to his engagement party tomorrow... which means I shan't be going to my old address tomorrow after all. But I will go there on Sunday, and I'll let you know the outcome by Sunday evening at the latest.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your neighbour. God willing, maybe all will turn out good for the chap.
