chain for anchor?

help needed to find scale size chain to fit 1/128 battleship model.some parts i will not even try to make like chain

Try your local car boot sales for cheap costume jewellry, in particular pendants as they usually have 30" long chains. The range of shapes and sizes of chains is much bigger than many model outlets have. They are also cheap ( usually about 50p each) . my current build of the RNLB Helen Wycherley has all the side chains ( about 5mts in total ) from this source for a grand total of £2. Better value than paying £1-50 ish per meter from the shops.  ;)

I got some nice "double link" (?) chain from JoTika / Caldercraft at a show.
Can't find it on their website...
