Envoy class tug
« on: January 24, 2009, 03:59:09 pm »

Hi all,

I am about to start building an envoy class tug as my latest project.  Before i get get going I need to put up another shelf in my shed to accommodate it. Whilst I know the legnth and width of the model I have no idea of the height.

Would someone who has built one please give me the measurement from the bottom of the hull to the top of the mast.

Thanks in anticipation.

I'll be there once the weather gets warm enough for the missus, should have 2 new boats ready by then.

Hi Pete,
I have built two of these tugs. One a civilian tug for a club member  and also a military version for myself which can bee seen on my TID thread on page one. I just measured my tug and from keel to top of mast is 22 in. Enjoy the build as it makes an impressive tug when finished.
