HELP making a water bailer

could some one give me a step by step guide to making a good water bailer or point me to a link that will show me

thanks martin i think i will go with the syphon way
i did not realy want to put the syphon end through  the boat hull because dont want to cause drag or is this the best place for it ? can i come out of the back as low as poss

Best thing to do is get yourself one of these, Most IC people use them

Good description here - http://www.modelgasboats.com/Magazine_Content/How-to_Articles/Bernoulli_Water_Bailer/ No drag and works well  :-)) I have used a full brass tube instead of waterline. Reverse it and you have a no drag water inlet.
