I have come across this, Im not sure about copyright rules but have a look at this site and see what you think.

I put in search for warship camouflage and warship profiles, and there you go PDF files of quite a number of 'Warship Profiles' books

Im back to see if they have the 'Ensign books'

I still think is better to have the book, but if you cant get it!

If you like books about boats (or anything else for that matter) , it's always worth checking psbooks.co.uk to see what they list under "Transport". They are a remainder book shop - this month they've got (among others) a book on sailing rigs, and ww2 at sea in photos - including a featured photo of HMS Hood's Walrus from inside the hangar. If you buy a book from them theyl'll send you their monthly paper catalogue for a few months. All books at a fraction of the original published price.

It's a small but good collection of docs, I downloaded a nice one on USS Barb. Wish there were more docs there...does anyone have any side-profile plan info on a Flower Corvette?
