Anyone have a lead on a steam whistle & valve to suite a Monahan Heron......

email Nick at Monahan he may be able to help, I think I have seen one of his engines with one, don't go to big as they drink steam and only splutter most of the time till they clear there throat.

Try mainsteam models they do a nice whistle with RC valve, heres the link;

Thanks all, no doubt there'll be more questions as my Lady Margaret steam launch progresses.....the net is a great medium, I could never afford the postage on the Hull, but on another site I met a guy who was migrating to Oz, & had room in his container.....Kingston certainly work well on a deadline, & produce a lovely hull.

I just bought the steam engine, & Nick isn't quite ready with the whistle production, but it sounds like he has some "Goodies" in the pipeline.

Getting quite excited, off to Chicago on Monday to stay with the in-laws <*<  for three weeks......Well, the Wife is, %% but I know there is a parcel containing a Monahan Steam plant there..just waiting for me :-)) O0  {-)
