Are any of you ship lovers interested in philately?
I have a site that descibes ship that feature on stamps which you might find interesting.
Cheers, John

I am an avid stamp collector.
However, my two collections are unusual. The first is "Weights and Measures" because I was once an Inspector of W & M and the other is "President F D Roosevelt" because I am a Roosevelt Scholar.

My late father's hobby was collecting ships on stamps and he had quite a large collection. I think it's still in the family somewhere but I'm afraid it was never an interest of mine.

Is it too soon for the joke:
"I have quite a large stamp collection!"
"Don't philater yourself 'til you've seen mine!
... I've already got me coat on!

Yes thats Correct £1 can still be used if you have any.
Really used to annoy a particular post man when we used them as postage in the philatelist company I once worked for.
