At the last Warrington show, I got talking to Mark the proprietor. He does not know me, but, on hearing a problem I was having with a large rc component manufacturer, he took it upon himself to champion my cause, and has successfully got my defective out of warranty item replaced. He will not accept any payment, not even for postage!
