Q2 A 15 volt 5 pole speed 400 or 385 should be adequate with either battery. Probably more than adequate with the 10.8 volt one, but with a much shorter run time. Just a question of fitting an appropriate prop.
Q3 Diagrams. Navigate to "Electrics and all things black art", got to "Miscellaneous" and open "Wiring Diagrams". Its a "sticky" thread, and thus will not move.
Q4 To quote someone else, there is no such thing as a stupid question, until after it has been answered, and the questioner ignores the answer and asks it again. If it needs explaining a different way, that's OK, as is not being able to find the answer in the first place.
There is a misconception that any particular motor will pull a given current from a given battery. This is untrue - much depends on the load, and this is determined by the load imposed by the prop.
