Does anyone have information regarding JJC Electronics - is Jim Cassey still operating a small business ?. Or has he closed the business down !.
I place an order with him at the Warwick Boat show, paid cash upfront at his request to avoid any postage. Now he does not reply to any of my e-mails or phone calls requesting an update on delivery of my order. His answer phone is now full as is his mobile phone message system    NOT THEY WAY TO RUN A RELATIVELY NEW SMALL BUSINESS DEPENDENT ON A SPEACIALIST MARKET AREA

If anyone knows where Jim is or can contact him, please ask him to contact his customers ? with the current position regarding outstanding orders and JJC Electronics.

I have had similar problems myself.

Had a few emails from him today, so he must be catching up.

Hang in there, its worth the wait.

Be patient, he is a busy man running a busy electronics shop from home and he works a normal day job as well.
His kit is worth the wait Honest.

Hi I ordered kit from JJC at the Warwick boat show, I was told probably two weeks. I later thought I had ordered the wrong unit, a phone call later after speaking to a very pleasent ,and helpful, lady I was assured my order was being processed.
The parts I asked for arrived Mon 27 Nov. So I must say thats not bad.

Update on JJC Electronics,
I received an email from Jim Casey Last night.
Sadly his Father in Law died recently and subsequently his Mother in Law was admitted into hospital.
So my apologies to Jim, his Wife and family for not being patient.

The item I ordered has been dispatched
