Hey guys
just a quick note to say hello and introduce myself
my name is Mark Kemps and ive been racing boats since i was a kid,i used to live in NZ but am now living in London,my main interest in boats is hydros and was lucky enough to win the nationals in nz last year for petrol hydros,im currently working with a friend of mine in NZ still and we manufacture our own design of petrol hydros over there and are also making carbon fibre struts and turnfins with anodised billet mounting gear,we are still in development stage and are also just about to release our petrol rigger which is going through testing at the moment and looks very promising,will post a couple of pics but bear with me as im still getting used to the site.
Cheers Mark

Isn't a memeber one of those capsule shaped things you stick up your  *** ? {:-{

Welcome Mark, I know nothing about fast i/c or electric but there are plenty of speed freaks on the forum.

Why on earth did you leave NZ for here ? {:-{

Hi Mark, and welcome aboard. My first thought was, why did you leave NZ for London??? {-) Just kidding, it's a great place, but as Steamboatphil said, it just needs a roof on it. Mind you, depending on which part of NZ you come from, you may not notice much difference  %)  {-)

Just so I don't upset anyone, I've had 4 trips to NZ and 3 to the UK and I absolutely love both places, and their people, and would happily go back any time  O0

Peter.

Hey guys
ive been backward and foward between London and NZ for 12 years now as my missus is an english rose,we had a kid in NZ last year and now its time to hang out with her family for a while,i love both places and am lucky to be able to live on the other side of the world every few years.
I notice a lot of guys are into scale stuff on the site and i like that side of the hobby as well although my main passion is speed,
the sport hydro will course at around 115kph and the rigger should top that by about 20kph
heres a couple of pics of some of my other hydros that are a bit more scale and nice to meet you all and thanks Martin for the site
cheers Mark
