Anyone else having Paypal Problems today?

Sent some payments on paypal today and it says they have failed.... Checked my bank and the payments have gone

Anyone else having or had this issue?

Just done one it appears to be OK, got the email receipt back OK.

How strange... thanks for checking tho

I have mailed paypal and will contact my bank in the morning (Finnish banks dont have the same customer service lines as UK)
