Of course they will post to UK.
I have had dozens of motors from US. United States Postal Service offer inexpensive airmail in their Global Priority envelopes (4 DAYS) and it works out cheaper than UK mail to the shipper.

But taking your motor data and converting to SI units
Power = 105 watts
Speed = 400 rads^-1
Supposing that was the no load revs,at best it would give a torque of 105 divided by 200 rads^-1 which is about an RS775 or Torpedo 800 and just over half that of a Graupner 900
Needs gearing for 200mm prop(just a bit).
Do you have any more info on the motor,duckman?

Bear in mind a Graupner 900 can already be obtained in the UK for £10 including post from a Mayhem forum subscriber.
