Web Sites for Information on the Schutze Class Minesweeper.
« on: April 21, 2010, 07:23:39 pm »

HI Guys. I have just sent off E/M to Lurseen Ship Builders and German Naval Museum to try and get more information on the above.I would like to further detail this model if possible. I have made start by putting the vinyl deck in the bin and replacing it with timber instead. I am sure a lot of deck detail is missing from the kit and bridge detail also.

Hi Mate. Yes I did try Google. I contacted a museum in Germany and they supplied two very good web sites. The information on these sites along with the one supplied by Dicky should allow me to build a very good scale model. The details for further info are schnelles minensuchboot /schuetze-class minesweeper/ sm boot.  I hope to put some pictures on Mayhem of my build up to press.
