PMK

I know the what you are meaning about cooking improvements.

My 29 year old daughter has again come home to roost  >>:-(

and the grand total of her cooking delights are  Spag-Boll or Spag-Boll yet when she left the first time we had taught her to cook a varied array of meals?

"But DAD its easier if you get a take away or go to town and eat! there's no washing up then!"   :embarrassed: she is right on the last bit and there is just no winning with some

R, that French stick is making me hungry {-)

Tell her I loathe ironing. If she irons my shirts I'll whip her up a real sumptuous repast. I'll even wash AND wipe the dishes.

I have, I have! Just today in fact. She let me loose on that new stove as a treat for busting my barnacles by getting the job finished in under a week.
Since it's the Sabbath, what better than a juicy slab of melt-in-the-mouth roast beef.
Then I dropped a knife and it caught the edge of the counter -- she went loopy.

Neat! PMK O0
Do the job wrong and you don't get asked to do it a second time!
Works well with the washing machine, just put it on a higher wash level, crease a few silk gowns and hey presto!
With the iron - just leave a scorch mark in a dress or similar O0

regards
Gary :) ;D ;D

You Do,
She gets the house decorated.
You get a nice new model, and someone who cooks, cleans and keeps house.
Seems a very good deal to me!!!!!

Well thats what mine keeps telling me.

All of you who have received stuff from us like a ricochet  have ample evidence of Mrs Jacket's worth (aka Liz, The Amazing Corrugated Woman). She takes orders, makes boxes, types out the advice notes, packs the goods and goes to the Post Office every day, keeps the books, provides me with a stock figure of any or all items; deals with the bank, the insurance, the cardnet people, the ruddy lot............in short this business wouldn't work without her.
She does, however, have lousy taste in husbands.................. :embarrassed:
FLJ

Proof of the FLJ ricochet. A faulty speed controller posted at 10.00hrs Tuesday, the repaired and fully functioning unit posted through my letterbox on Thursday at 11.30. That's just 49.5 hours!
Some wife!!  Some team!!   Thanks Dave and Liz. :-)) :-)) :-))
