I was over on the east coast yesterday and decided to pay a visit to East Park in Hull. It's many years since I last went there and spent some good times there at regattas and multi-race meetings. The boating lake is bone dry! Is it still used these days?

it was in use last year. there is a meet there soon, so i think it may have been drained for maintenance. hope so anyhow.

sub driver is right it has been drained for maintenance and we are hoping that it will be ready in the next few weeks, i will let you know when the work has been completed .

Hi All
i went to East park this afternoon and was happy to see water running into the pond , i was told it takes about 5 days to fill , it should be ok for next weekend
