Anybody know what scale this plan is please?

Designer: P RussellStar Rating: **A scale U-boat for twin electric motors or equivalent with or without R/C. Length 45in., beam 4in., balsa or obechi bread-and-butter construction.

According to http://www.uboataces.com/uboat-type-ix.shtml  the 1X A and B were 251 ft long which gives a scale of 1:66.9 (1/67)

the 1XC was 252 ft which give a scale of 1:67.2 (1/67)

the 1XD was 267ft 4 inches which gives a scale of 1:76.2 (1/76) or 4mm to the foot OO scale.

Going by the beam the type 1Xd seems to be the closest fit.
