Lifeboat deck grey

i am ready to paint the deck on my 1:12 tamar i was just wondering what mixtures of paint people use for the deck omn the tamar the railings have a lighter shade and the deck is a much darker shade, Do people use premixed

Your input is much appreicated

I used White with a splash of Black satin until the shade looked right.  If you overdo it, then you can add the opposite colour back in.

Much better than looking for grey paint which might be just the colour.

Decks are painted Rover Tempest Grey , Halfords car paint aerosols.  :-))
