Hi folks

My Model Slipway Tamar has just arrived, I've opened the box and started to check through the parts against the build manual ... just two white metal parts missing ... Model Slipway are putting them in the post.

I am hoping to have the transom door opening and also the mast and antenna array to fold ... would be grateful for any advice and drawings for this.

I intend to post pictures and a record of how the build progresses, so any other Model Slipway Tamar builders please get in touch.

OK, I'm off to build the boat stand

The build has started ....

First I made the stand, and then it was on to drilling the hull and fitting the bow thruster tube ...
