Hi,

Has anyone placed an order with George recently, or head from him?

I placed an order on the 31st, and received and order acknowledgement, but no further communication regarding payment, or delivery. Sent a couple of emails andnor rpley.

Is he okay or away? Anyone know?

I seem fated to have trouble with propshaft delivery ... so far  :-)

All the best

Last time I looked at his web site, he was quoting three weeks delivery and that is what it took for my last order.

Give him a chance, he's a busy man.

You try making a hundreds of props a week by yourself? Took me a month to get my last order and was well worth the wait.

Have patience, you'll get them.

Hi,

This was in no way a criticism of George. I am glad to hear he is busy, and I didn't see the 21 day order time on his website. My bad, as I have been in email discussion about what I wanted for a few weeks, and I should have pressed ahead in ordering the bits sooner.

This is the first time I have ordered from him, and, due to a slight difference in prices, my covering email asked for him to send me a PayPal invoice. As yet, I have not received this, and I have just found out that orders are not processed until payment is received. In as much as I had not heard back I was worried that he was away or there was some other concern (illness) as previously I had always received a prompt reply to my queries and my covering email also asked him about the possibilty of some one off propellers.

I have just tried phoning.

Glad to know he is busy and I have heard nothing but great reports about his work, both from fellow club members and through forums.
