I've now received a reply from our technical guy - see below. It might be your browser Rich, try another one if you have one installed.

AdButler do the top banner ads across all of our sites. There was a problem before where someone else, another of their customers, was hacked and it meant the adbutler domain name was flagged by Google as dodgy. Here’s an extract of their email:
No, you won't need to make any changes to your code.
We submitted our URL to google and went through the steps to get the warnings removed.
Basically, someone served malware through AdButler, then someone reported the site to google safe browsing, and then the warning started appearing. This was a false alarm and Safe Browsing as not reported servedbyadbutler.com as a malware site anymore.
We changed our code to use a sub domain and it comes up clear on the Google Safe Browsing page:
http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=ab154425.servedbyadbutler.com
But it might be it takes the Chrome browser a while to refresh it’s cache of safe sites or something.
Hopefully it’ll resolve itself shortly. So to confirm, we’ve not been hacked, but someone else was, and Chrome is apparently being overly cautious even though Google says the domain is safe.
