Hi to you all,i have a Speedline 1/16 severn with 2 x johnson motors,will run on 12v 7amp power "BUT" what size props would you recomend, and is 3 blade better than a 4 bladed prop

You want 50mm 4 blade mid pitch, you can get them for the Prop shop.

Sorry to disagree with you Phil, but I tried 50mm brass props on my Speedline 1/16th Severn and the motors overheated quite quickly.
I swapped them for 3 blade 35mm ones and they do the job OK, scale speed and no overheating.
By the way my motors are not encased in the plastic motor mount as supplied with the kit.

knowing phil i suspect he suggests those props because they are the correct scale ones and he uses motors to suit
