Hi all,

As a newbie to large scale model boat building I was looking for a stand for my model (on the cheap, I'm a Yorkshire man thu n thru), I was told of a great way to build a model stand using some shelving and a coat hanger (or my adaptation of a coat hanger as they are quite hard to get hold of nowadays, they're all plastic), I've put a piece on my blog on how I did it if it helps any other newbies like myself.

Not sure where best to post this...

That's what I like about modelling - a bit of lateral thinking.  O0    I would probably have spent almost as much buying plywood etc and ending up with something nowhere near as neat as your stand.
Duly stored away in the noodle ready for the next model. Thanks for the tip

Password duly changed! Other members answering posts referred to the person as Darren if that helps to identify the problem.

A glitch to do with the corruption of the members list during the meltdown? Considering its only on old posts from last year, ie pre meltdown.

I have been checking back through the records and have come to the conclusion that Darren's posts have been attached to your mayhem name.  ( The mayhem crash !!   Bikerdude  is right)

His Mayhem name is not recorded any more but he may still be a member. I shall continue with my search and try to locate him, and inform him of the situation.

At the moment it does not appear sinister in any way as you are able to continue undisturbed from now on.

               I'll be back

They weren't from yesterday, they are all dated from last year...

I don't know why they would've only just come up as new, but it's just a glitch to do with the meltdown, if I go to your profile, then click to search all your posts, it lists 69 posts, despite your post count of 24. Your email IS hidden, (to me anyway)

So there's nothing to worry about, we can't see your email, and there's no one hacking into your account, just glitches on the system...
