What are those small tugs that appear on pools at shows, as on the front of Feb "Model Boats"?

i remember reading on here about them, at least i think it was here and from what i remember they are the graupner pollux tug. may be wrong of course:

I am pretty sure they are the old Graupner Pollux tug too.
