Well they are semi kits unless Barry has made the Clyde a kit.  I have ordered fittings from the 'new sirmar' and the quality was good and the turnaround time was excellent so the minor dealings I have had with the 'new ownership sirmar' has been something I would recommend.  I am guessing that the superstructure is entirely self built from plans for Clyde as I dont think a FG moulding or other SS parts are included.  You might try model warships forum there are build links there to Clyde and Severn using Sirmar.

For models like this there are no full kits
They are all semi kits
The nearest to full kits would be fleetscales Type 22 and 45
Or the type 21 where you can get a CNC cut superstructure from another company
