Stanchions for model of deep sea tug "Lloydsman"
« on: June 06, 2012, 07:59:24 pm »

Hi! Lotus1 back on the air, and still a member of the Norwich Model Boat Club, I am progressing with the scratch building of the deep sea "Lloydsman" tug, and I am now looking at producing the stanchions, I know you can obtain these in the scale I require from "Squires" or from "Display Models" but I am not to keen on the cost involved for about 200 units, so do any of you guys out there have any suggestions how I can overcome the problem? such as building a jig, or do I have to bite bullet and buy them. Thanks for your halp in advance.

Hi, Try James Lane of Display Models, of Blyth, Northumberland. You get the wire as well for the rails. Nemesis
