Hi, it should do but may take a while.
If you look on the charger it should state the output in mah (milliamp hours) e.g 70 mah is a common one, to work out the charge time simply divide the battery capacity, in this case by 4000 mah by the charge output e.g 4000mah / 70mah = 57 so it will take 57hrs to charge.
You must ensure the voltage is correct e.g no use using a 7.2 v charger to charge 9.6 volt battery pack as it will not reach full peak voltage.
