DOVER.........anyone live there, please?

I'm trying to contact the owners of this lifeboat that put into Dover and have moored their boat there.......tried emailing and ringing Dover Marina where it is moored but no answer, and fancy building her as my next project.

If anyone lives there and could get a message to the owners, could they please email or pm me.
