photo of the rudder from my lesro pilot boat would like to know what are the two metal arms for will put the plans up for sale next week these show the bulk heads etc

The Brass ratchet plate was screwed to the deck so you could set the rudder by allowing the dimple on the Alumininininium arm to notch into it in the days before Radio control. Set the rudder, drop the boat in and run like h**l '
