Hello from a convert from RC planes
« on: September 21, 2012, 10:32:09 pm »

Hi,

Just thought I'd say hello, I normally make and fly RC planes, but I've decided to have a go at making a boat for my youngest, who loves watching the boats on a nearby pond.  I've settled on an AeroKits Sea Nymph because it isnt too big, and I like working with wood.

I've just finished her off, if there is any interest I snapped a few pics as I went along so I could post up a build thread.

Welcome and I'm always happy to see an Aerokits boat.  :-)

Hi guys,

I'll do a quick post build build log later today if I get a chance  :-))

I built her for my toddler to play with, so I didn't go to town on the details, he loves it though and has made me promise to take him and his new boat up to Broomfield park so he can try her out later today!
