Hi, does anybody know what is happening with the above firm? I wanted to order some steam fittings but had a couple of questions first. Their website said they were closed until Jan 3rd so I left it until the 7th of Jan. Since then I have emailed and phoned with no result, just get an answer phone. I do not expect that they will return my call from the other side of the world but it would be good to get to talk to a person. This morning there is a problem accessing the website too so it seems I might be out of luck which would be a pity, they seem to have a good range of steam bits at good prices. If there is anybody handy to their shop location who could check out the situation it would be appreciated. Thanks, Ian.

Works OK for me too I use them regularly and have never had a problem. It looks as if their website has been updated/overhauled as it is different to what it was before Xmas, could explain why kiwimoddler had problems, down for maintenance.

Thanks for the replies. I found while doing an internet search some comments on another forum that said the owner was sometimes difficult to get a reply from even by email and that the shop was only manned restricted hours so maybe that is why I only got the answer phone. This morning (our time) I got an error message from a web host but this evening I got a brand new looking website with the same content. This time there is a direct email address rather than the "contact us" query panel on the old site so I have fired off another email and hopefully will hear back soon. Failing that I might just put in an order through the shopping cart and see if he really does want to make money from me! Cheers, Ian.
