Southampton Atlantic Tug Upgrade
« on: February 02, 2013, 03:06:05 pm »

Hi Guys.

I'm new here but awesome site, so much knowledge and so much to learn from ..  :-))

I've just purchased a Southampton Atlantic Tug, mainly to use as a recovery boat for my fast boats which i would like to do a few upgrades to. All my boats are single engine esc electric and twins are new to me. Id like to incorporate this set up as in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cok0wJTJVLE on my tug but not quite sure how to go about it. Thought if anyone could help with advise and ideas it would be someone here, Yes, I'm clueless ..  O0

What i have to work with at the moment is 2 Mtroniks Viper Marine 15 esc's a P92 Power Distribution Board with BEC From Action Electronics and the Futaba 6EX 6 Channel 2.4Ghz System. Just not to sure how to go about connecting the esc's to the receiver and which channels to plug the esc's to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Graeme
