ive been going back through a few years worth of model boat mags looking for a glen guest plan for a simple life boat does anyone know if a plan exists as after yesterday at ellesmere port the grandson hasnt give up asking and hes only 3 years old so i thought i would build a simple one for him

If it's "Bredette" you are looking for, then the drawing was in Radio Control Boat Modeller May/June 1993

It should not be to much of a problem to make one from ticas link.  :-)) .
Or, it looks a lot like Richard Webbs Pilot Boat that was a Free plan in a Mag.

Do not have those mags to hand but can see no mention of it for those months or any othet that I have details for.
However Glynn Guest did bring a book out "Small Radio Control Boats" Isbn 1-85486-171-9 which has the Bredetta in and 8 others. (It is a great Book)
You can get on Amazon but when I tried they did say they had it in but then cancelled my order and refunded, I would try Ebay.
A few on but one here for £5.66

Thank you very much bought and paid for now he will love sitting with me while we build it give him a bit of sand paper and wood he will sit for hours in the shed will post a build thread whe the book comes thanks for all the help :-)) :-)) :-))

Hi tugs62.........just been down to Stanley Park today with my two son's and there boats ( tug and a police type boat ). They are 12 and 13 years old and it's a great hobby we share together. Hope you have just as much fun with your son, it's a great hobby!!!!    Regards, Dave.

hi dave i take him down fleetwood with my tug and at 2 he could sail now at 3 he wants his own hope to catch you down ther one day cheers brian
