If you can draw one up in Coreldraw, a sign shop can cut one for you in vinyl. :-))
Or have a sign shop create the decal/sticker for you.

I lost the original graphic I created for a crane barge when my computer crashed last year.  {:-{

Does anyone know if print shops can produce vinyl decal/stikers from a JPEG image?

If so, you could make your design in any package, including PowerPoint, and save it as a JPEG.
Just a thought.

The sign shop would take your Jpeg image, and trace it into a vector based graphic program.
That vector based program would give the vinyl cutter the mathematical location of all the points
the cutter head needs to travel to cut the vinyl to create your sticker/decal.

You pay a bit more in labor, but having them create the graphic ensures that you get a quality result.
And they will already have the software, and be fluent in it, to create what you need quickly.

I can't quite shake the impression that either the skipper is into large scale RC, or he has a hobbit for a pilot.
With a circle cutter, it should be possible to do two concentric circles with a circle cutter (from art supply shops, look for "Olfa") to give the ring in sticky back plastic, or to put masking tape in place and cut it in situ, peel the ring out and paint.  I'm sure they did something like that on Supermodels when doing HMS Fearless.

i gather your saying the chopper is to small for the model witch is 1.70 , my wife shears the same opinion , but its hard to find a 2 seater chopper in any scale

The R44's are small choppers, as are all the robinsons, and don't think yours is far out. Maybe a tad small, but not much. About comparable to the old wasps.
Nice model your building. Keep up the good work.
cheers
