I use to have a link to a sight that had passenger and cargo ship plans. I think that sight came out of either Germany or Netherlands. Any help would be greatful. Any sights that have cargo ships plans will be welcomed.

This thread on a a German forum has a lot of different plans and lines available.
There are even more visible if you are able to create a user account and log in.

I have already seen those. The ones that I remember is when you clicked onto the plans it showed a slightly larger pland that had some wording going across it in red, if that helps any.
