VISIONARY
« on: September 27, 2013, 05:44:10 pm »

Just saw this book on ebay, written by a very fine model maker of his time, Edward Hobbs, and published in 1929.
What struck me immediately was how similar the picture embossed onto the front cover looks to our newest  and most radically designed Shannon class lifeboat

it was a little freeky to say the least.
