'A STROLL IN THE MEADOW' GERMAN TROOPS 1941 DIORAMA.
« on: November 16, 2013, 11:42:26 am »

I have made a dio of some German troops strolling through a meadow. The troops are 1/35 scale, the tree is resin with real branches, the fence is scratch built, clear resin added for the watering hole, various grasses have been used to build the area and paint brush bristles with Flowersoft added for plants. A combination of brush and airbrush used.

Cheers Ian, the uniforms on the troopers are painted in the issue of 1941, but to be honest, you're right, you can't really tell lol.

But what if their uniforms had been sent to the cleaners, lost, and they were issued with old stock on 5th June 1944?????   O0

{-) Then they would be better off as the uniforms nearing the end of the war are of a poorer quality, so they will revel in the softness and the lush badges.
