You need to look at the clues on the boat. The average bloke is 5 foot 6 inches t o 6 ft tall. Any doors would have to accommodate that. A life buoy is about 2 ft 6 in diameter. The gun would have to be about shoulder height when level.
Work with that

hi Mac.
see you mentioned Graupner in your blurb but the model is nowt to do with them which is possibly why you cant find data.
Its MFA como drills it comes under. Scale 1:17.6
The model is 47 inches (1194mm) long and the full size boat (Tracker class patrol boat made by Fairey Marine) is 21m long so the scale of the model is 1:17.6

The correct MFA "scale" is 1:18 but I used 1:24 crew on mine and no one seems to have noticed
Some pics of how it used to look with some crew before a slight mishap -

Hi mac.
MFA did an aftermarket fittings kit which had included figures, fenders, and a RIB when they had the other paint scheme.

I have a patrol boat of similar dimensions, 1/20 scale. I used 'World Peacekeeper' figures from Ebay which are approx. 1/18 or 1/19 scale. They would not look out of place on your boat. They have both military and SBS type figures complete with weapons and equipment. The figures can be posed as well.
The figures and figure packs are reasonably priced. The ones on my boat have been painted by myself.

Yes it's a Graupner Bremen 9 but now in UK Police colours. IMHO it's a classic Police launch design which lends itself to numerous variations on a theme. Mine is a fictitious Cheshire Police Launch.
There are three other Bremen 9's on you tube in different guises. One is a Dutch Police boat, the second is a Canadian coast guard boat and the third is a New York City PD harbour patrol. My favourite is the Canadian boat with a bright red hull.
If anyone is interested the battenburg and chevron decals used on my boat were sourced from ebay (radio control cars). Other transfers were created at home on a colour printer and the vinyl 'Police' letters were also bought from ebay.
The working lightbar and other working LED's also purchased from ebay.
The figures as previously stated are 1/18? scale 'world peacekeepers' easy to alter, paint and pose.
I hope the info is of use.
